Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Helping the organization achieve Gross Profit goals by quoting and pricing parts and labor hours correctly
• Working with the Service Manager to optimize schedule to achieve revenue and hours goals
• Use communication skills to effectively to build relationships with customers, staff, and management
• Serve as liaison between the Customer and our Technicians, but also engage the technicians for technical modification applications to review with client
• Responsible for timely ordering of parts specific to estimates they have created or for other SAs during their absence
• Help protect the John’s 4x4 culture and keep morale high by acknowledging “wins”, appreciating teammates, and having fun.
