Line Cook Morning Shift at Linda's Casa Trejo Mexican restaurant

Linda's Casa Trejo Mexican Restaurant in Yucaipa, CA is currently seeking a skilled morning shift line cook to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis! Located at 34636 County Line Road, our restaurant is well-known for its mouthwatering dishes and friendly atmosphere.

Morning shift: Open-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and stocking stations with all necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Engaging in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing our delicious sauces
• Collaborating closely with kitchen staff to cook menu items flawlessly
• Maintaining cleanliness by tidying stations and handling leftover food properly
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience or Back of the House experience is a must
• Prep Cook experience required
• Ability to meet all scheduling commitments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
• Proactive approach to anticipating the needs of others in the kitchen and taking initiative to fulfill those needs
• Strong attention to detail to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards

Wage will be based on experience.
