Job Title: Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates Only)

Visa Requirement: Independent Visas Only, No H1B, OPT, or CPT

Description:

We are currently seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer for a position located in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of experience and must be local to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and ensure test coverage for Salesforce applications.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests for Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Perform regression testing, functional testing, and performance testing of Salesforce applications using automation tools.
Identify, report, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in automated testing of Salesforce applications using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce DX.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders.
