Your new role as Maintenance Technician:

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and plants are being maintained properly so operators can produce products on time, and staff can come into a facility that is safe and properly maintained by communicating with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Area Managers, and all staff.

A day in the life:

• Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on an expanding list of Equipment and Facilities
• Ensure all work performed meets required codes and complies with plant policies and procedures
• Recognize and correct potential equipment failure and unsafe conditions
• Communication with Supervisor, Area Manager, and Plant Manager
• Assist in training on equipment as needed
• Create efficiencies by streamlining production lines
• Save costs with a "do it ourselves concept"

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma and related field or equivalent years of job experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Tech in a Manufacturing environment
• Available to work overtime when needed and be on call after hours
• Ability to manage multiple tight timelines concurrently
