Job Description

Sales – a large part of this role is centered around membership sales. Must convert leads to members through daily follow-ups, relationship building, ability to empathize, and follow through. Also has the ability to sell the value of personal training and grow the PT department. A personal training background is not required but the ability to speak to our training program and how to leverage our technology (Anytime Fitness App, Evolt body scanner, etc.) to support the growth of the training department is a must.
Deliver top-knotch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.
Be able to works with other team members to accomplish a common goal.
Have the ability to be a self starter.
Be able to create and run events both inside and outside the gym setting.
