Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper Part-Time

What you can expect to do as a Porter/groundskeeper:

• Daily property walks to maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal.
• Work independently as you pick up trash on the property and in common areas, which includes but is not limited to, driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, breezeways, laundry rooms, and any other public areas.
• Porter/groundskeepers need to assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins.
• Interior and exterior painting
• Trashing out units

What is required as a Porter/Groundskeeper:

• General cleaning, janitorial or labor experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to our customer. 
• Must be comfortable working primarily outside
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Porter/groundskeepers must have a strong ability to work independently and within a team. 

Schedule is Tuesday and Thursdays (8 Hours Each Day) and 4 hours another day (Flexible). 20 hours a week. This position has potential for growth in the company.
