Dental Treatment Coordinator

Modern fast growing state of the art dental office seeking a passionate Treatment coordinator /Assistant manager who can provide quality care service to our patients.

To qualify for this position the new hire must

Have experience working at a dental office as a treatment coordinator

Provide support to dentist and staff

Be at par with all front desk duties(reception and clerical)

Be able to enter and present treatment plan to the patients, in order to get maximum treatment acceptance

Be able to verify and attach insurances accurately to avoid undue bills to the patient

Monitoring AR and keeping credit balance to the minimum on daily basis

Maximize collections

Making a productive schedule and manage good workflow to ensure smooth patient flow

Making sure to follow up with unscheduled treatment and making sure to assist the patients in best possible fashion to be able to meet their treatment needs

Posting payments and making end of the day report

Staying on top of the game plan for each days schedule with the doctor

Appeal the denied claims to maximize collections, making payment arrangements with the patients

Requirement

Must have Dental office experience at the front or management level

Spanish speaking is a plus but is not determining factor
