VP - Controller - Manufacturing

Career Opportunity for a VP-Controller with a growing Alabama Manufacturer! The location is south of Birmingham.

Our client has reached out to our firm, iSource Group LLC, to conduct a search for this role. The VP - Controller is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and the ability to contribute strategically to the organization's overall financial health.

The Vice President / Controller will play a critical role in driving financial strategies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

The Salary Range is 110 to 165k plus 25% bonus and is based upon prior depth and breadth of work experience, education, and overall skill set.

Our client would like a candidate with the following Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or relevant field within Business Administration.

• Experience developing and managing a financial strategy for company/plant.

• Expertise in management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.

• Experience leading and managing a finance team, including accountants, analysts, and other financial professionals.

• Experience providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Expertise in oversight of tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
