Customer Service Administrator
Location: San Marcos, CA
Salary: $40,000 - $54,000 ($21/hr - $26/hr) + Benefits + Bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k+ match, PTO, + $100 monthly gas allowance
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Customer Service Administrator Description

Our client in the Wholesale Jewelry Industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to add their team in San Marcos, CA. You will be responsible for interacting with and supporting clients with their orders and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery. In addition to that, you will also generate and process orders, and assist in managing the gemstone inventory. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and have a kind and professional phone presence. Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities

● Provide customer support
● Respond promptly to general inquiries
● Enter and process orders
● Double-check and invoice orders
● Provide administrative support to internal teams when needed
● Demonstrate thorough product knowledge
● Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders
● Manage the physical count of jewelry to ensure accuracy
● Prepares all show line merchandise for upcoming shows
● Carefully inspects returned merchandise for damages
● Fulfill customer order requests/needs
● Monitor non-stock inventory and expected customer activity levels
● Enter orders into the system
● Help support inside sales team in their efforts to expand customer base and market share
● Maximize account profitability

Customer Service Administrator Qualifications

● 2+ years of customer service experience required
● 1+ years of Excel experience required
● 1+ years of CRM / ERP experience required
● Reliable mode of transportation required
● Must be computer savvy
