**Job Title:** Project Developer - EV Charger Sales Representative (1099 Commission-Based)

**Position Overview:**

As a Project Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our EV charging solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities with commercial and residential clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored EV charging solutions. This is a 1099 commission-based position with aggressive commission structures, offering 40% of profit on projects sold.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and target potential clients in commercial and residential sectors for EV charger installations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide customized EV charging solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

 

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a drive for success and results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

- Additional education beyond High School or GED is a plus.

-Ability to work in Microsoft and use Excel for CRM
