Job Description

Metro Services is looking to fill Over Molding Operator positions for an Automotive Parts Manufacturing company in Elkmont, AL. The Over Molding Operator positions are temp/contract to direct-hire positions. Apply Now!

Duties for this position include:

Obtain visual aid (assembly diagram) of over-molding process
Obtain required materials from storage bin/rack
Machine set-up to include verifying mold machine parameters
Loading machine with the proper mold component
Mold according to specified molding procedures
Preparing production reports to document daily production levels
Clean over-mold machine daily
Train new operators

Compensation (USD):

1st Shift

$17.00/hour

2nd Shift

$17.50

Schedule:

1st Shift

Monday - Friday

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday

2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Possible OT added on to shift

If work a Saturday, it will only be once a month

We are currently seeking candidates from the following areas:

Elkmont, AL
Huntsville, AL
Flintville, TN
Fayetteville, TN

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Clean Background and Drug Screen
1 year experience as Machine Operator (preferably in the automotive industry)
Steel-Toed Shoes
