What You’ll Do:

• You will undergo an orientation program to familiarize yourself with our company culture, safety protocols, and program expectations.
• Shadow in the areas of our people operations and employee experience initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement projects to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Work hands on within our HR team to develop clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to streamline processes
• Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Assist in creation of contingency planning for key positions
• Collaborate with the HR team to support various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Participate in data analysis and reporting activities to provide insight into HR metrics and trends.
• Provide administrative support in maintaining HR records and documentation.

Your Development Opportunities:

• Conduct interviews with managers to learn about their roles, career paths, and receive career advice.
• Deliver a leadership presentation highlighting your summer outcomes and learnings.
• Participate in midpoint and end-of-internship assessments to discuss achievements and areas for improvement, adjusting project goals as needed.
• Benefit from four coaching sessions with our program coordinator to support your growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Student enrolled in an accredited university or community college majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse areas of operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Enthusiastic and adaptable with a willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives
