1064 - Radar Modeling & Simulation Engineer

Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.

MSRC is seeking candidates with strong radar modeling and simulation (M&S) experience to support survivability analysis of emerging Army missile technologies.

Job Description:

• The candidate will work within a government-owned classified processing space.
• The candidate will develop and integrate radar-related technology models into intelligence-based models and simulations.
• The candidate will test integrated technologies in intelligence-based threat models and simulations and collect outputs in an organized manner.
• The candidate will execute post-processing tools and analysis scripts on resulting data outputs, draw rational conclusions from the results, and organize conclusions into deliverable reports.
• The candidate will report to the lab analysis lead and will interface regularly with government customers.

Education:

• BS in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other relevant field required.
• MS or PhD in electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics preferred.

Job Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in relevant engineering or data analysis disciplines required.
• Strong background in radar data analysis (with an emphasis on digital signal processing) required.
• Self-motivation and self-starter with strong organizational skills required.
• Familiarity with MATLAB and Python required.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux required.
• Ability to work well within a team environment to meet analysis product schedules required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
