$20 hourly + commission

• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
• Optimize our company tech stack and build CRM and marketing systems to better help meet our goals and ambitions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing skills
• Tech experience is a huge plus
• CRM building experience is a huge plus
• Strong digital marketing experience
• Competency in digital advertising experience
