Job Title: Agent's Assistant

Location: Germantown, TN (Work from home - but must live locally)

Salary: $1000 per month to start

Job Description:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on making someone else's life easier? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal/Business Assistant. As the Agent's Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to streamline the day-to-day operations and ensure our agent's quality of life is optimized.

Responsibilities:

Manage payroll and ensure timely payments
Handle bill payments and financial administrative tasks
Perform Personal Financial Administration (PFA) tasks
Enter charges and categorize expenses for tax purposes
Coordinate with the nanny to provide weekly schedules
Schedule appointments for the agent's children, including therapy sessions, hair appointments, nail appointments (for the agent and their daughters), and doctor appointments
Organize and schedule one-on-one time between the agent and each child on a monthly basis
Handle Amazon returns and manage any other necessary errands
Serve as a point of contact and meet people at the agent's residence when required

Requirements:

Proven experience in a personal or business assistant role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology and various software applications
Ability to work independently and remotely
