PCE is an approved and recognized ABR with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), working as both a prime contractor and subcontractor for government ship repair. Propulsion Controls Engineering has a current opening for a Project Manager, at our San Diego, California location.

Job Summary
Oversee and lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline, schedule and budget. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges and communicate obstacles.
Job Requirements and Experience:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5 plus years' experience (military/marine or ship repair industry preferred).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects.
- Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and/or time constraints.
- Ability to delegate and lead others.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control and costs.
