Job Description

Job Summary:

Rx Return Services is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and CRM Analyst to manage lead acquisition, CRM administration, and data cleaning tasks. This role will be responsible for acquiring new leads through online research, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean up old potential customer leads in Salesforce and other databases
Collect leads through online market research of large companies
Administer and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce
Assist sales team with lead administration tasks beyond their capacity
Provide general Q&A and training related to CRM systems
Retrieve new lead data from online databases and validate existing data for accuracy
Continuously optimize lead qualification processes to increase efficiency
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and researching abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel

Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

Salesforce or similar CRM management experience
2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales support
Proven track record of managing leads and supporting sales staff
