Job Description: Engineering Coordinator - Aircraft
Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% on-site)
Job Type: W2 Contract, minimum 6 months with possibility of conversion
Description:
Assisting with compliance of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and guidelines related to aircraft modifications and avionics integrations. Your role will involve working closely with design engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the certification process for structures.

Description:
Assisting with compliance of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and guidelines related to aircraft modifications and avionics integrations. Your role will involve working closely with design engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the certification process for structures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with design engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with FAA requirements.
- Compiling FAA certification documentation for submission to commercial aircraft OEM's and regulatory agencies.
- Preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
- Assist in the assembly of design data packages to appropriate regulatory agency groups.
- Coordinate with the staff engineers, consultant designees, quality assurance inspectors, and flight test pilots.
- Assist in preparation of engineering feasibility studies and reports.
- Participate in and contribute to discussions surrounding project related airworthiness planning.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced levels with MS Office/Excel applications.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in AS9100 and ISO9001 environments.
- Aircraft configuration management experience.
- Experience working with aircraft airworthiness certification processes.
- Understanding of 14 CFR Part 21; Part 23; Part 25
