Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, appointments, and billing questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Schedule service appointments for technicians and coordinate with customers to find convenient times.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, service history, and billing details.
• Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and service requests.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing payments.
• Educate customers about available products and services to meet their heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.
