Come and join our growing team. We are seeking a Staffing Branch Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned Miami FL branch office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly sales activities.
- Branch payroll billing growth and customer acquisition.
- Managed recruiting team and their effective recruiting methods.
- Oversee existing book of business, and partner with clients to enhance business relationships.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing agency industry, branch management, sales or other related fields.
- Knowledge of common sales and recruiting practices.
- Bilingual Spanish / English.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Mentor recruiters and lead team to success.
- Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
