FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Perform all general office administrative functions, including answering phones and emails and routing to the appropriate person, filing as required, general office organization
• Invoice reconciliation and collections
• Take customer orders via telephone and email
• Assist with the coordination and tracking of customer orders to ensure proper communication and delivery

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$23/hr
