Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

The Shoe Mart is a really fun place to work! We sell high-end footwear to a sophisticated clientele. We're looking for someone who has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, is highly motivated, has great communication skills, and understands at the end of it all our #1 goal is to provide excellent customer service in everything we do.

You are the "face" of our business! Your role includes answering customer calls, emails, and live chats. In your daily activities, you'll communicate with the warehouse and marketing teams to ultimately provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
9:15am-6pm (45 min lunch break)
No weekends!! :)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Respond to customer emails
• Respond to customer social media comments/questions
• Respond to customers via live chat
• Use multiple computer software systems to manage customer accounts, orders, and shipments
• Perform other various office and data entry tasks

Qualifications:

• EXTREMELY comfortable using various computer software systems for customer/order management
• Previous experience in customer service
• Good at problem-solving and resolving customer issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and computers in general
• Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
