$85,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires, then find properties that meet those needs. 
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
  • Be the authority on everything related to real estate, selling, and buying.
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from clients about potential homes.
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Verifies that essential listing information has been entered correctly into the MLS and the home will market to CAP Real Estate standards.
  • Prepare CMA's, listing presentations, and deliver buyer profiles by Fax, email, or mail.
  • Follow up promptly: before, during, and after a contract is negotiated. Implement, receive and negotiate through the inspection with the customer/client.
  • Attend all walkthroughs, inspections, and closings. Allow appraisers access when necessary. g. Present contracts to sellers and buyers within 24 hours or such time to allow for adequate time for response before the "timeline for acceptance."
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
  • Communicate with customer/client before closing (48 hours) about settlement charges (cash to close)or other needed items for closing(i.e., insurance, cashier's check, termite letter)and maintain consistent communication at all times.
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
  • Attend all team meetings from start to finish and attend all Coaching Group Meetings and coaching calls.

Qualifications

  • Must have a real estate license or have completed the required education, passed the state/national exam, and awaiting affiliation with a broker. (MD or VA)
  • Outcome-oriented

Compensation
$85,000+ at plan commission
