Job Title: Shipping Documentation Clerk
Location: Danvers, MA
Duration: PERM
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm (Flexibility)
Job Summary:
- Responsibilities include controlling incoming/ internal documentation scanning/filing process and maintenance for Shipping and Receiving areas, including Shop Orders, Material Certs, COCs, and any other required documents.
- Assist Buyers by entering and verifying Supplier OAs.
- When needed conduct internal cycle counts on designated areas to ensure inventory accuracies.
Essential Functions:
- Scan and file in system all documentation required for Shipping/ Receiving department.
- Verify and enter all production OAs from Suppliers and assist in obtaining when necessary.
- Performa other duties as mandated by Supervisor.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- Ability to read, speak and write English.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills/ Qualifications (trainable skills):
- Experience with Excel.
- Prior documentation control experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work primarily involves sitting/ standing.
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Repetitive movements of hands, wrists, or fingers.
