Inground Swimming Pool Sales

Job Description:

Looking for someone passionate about sales with an understanding of construction concepts. You will be expected to perform project management to ensure the project proceeds as promised, provide regular communication to the customer on site as key milestones are achieved and work closely with the Cool Pool team to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct consultations with prospective clients to identify their needs, goals, and budgetary constraints. Present design ideas including customized features. Present the benefits and value of working with Cool Pool, Inc.

· After the initial consultation, work with the Cool Pool team to prepare and deliver proposals to the prospective clients that include but are not limited to design, pricing and terms and conditions.

· Follow-up with customers to address any open concerns or issues.

· Upon acceptance of the proposal, collaborate with the installation teams to ensure the project requirements are communicated and executed to the client’s expectations.

· Manage a level of quality control on the client’s behalf. Provide ongoing support and assistance to the clients throughout the installation process, addressing any questions, concerns, or objections they may have.

· Gather all change orders and work with the Cool Pool team to price and deliver change order proposal to the customer for signoff.

· Responsible for collections of progress and final payments.

· Educate and sell the customer on Cool Pool advantages as it relates to weekly cleaning and sanitization.

· Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competition.

Requirements:

· Strong listening skills are a requirement.

· Willingness to learn.

· Time management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.

· Exceptional keyboard skills. Computer savvy.

· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the swimming pool, backyard design area, but not required.

· Team player that can work across Cool Pool teams both in the office and the field.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
