The Senior Property Manager provides first-class property management services to third-party clients and owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial and operational management for a portfolio of Retail Assets, client interaction, tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, budgeting, and supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination of all property management related activities to include day-to-day building operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, client/tenant/vendor relations.
  • Work closely with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting Teams to ensure the team is providing the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Ensure all LPC policies and best practices are implemented and followed.
  • Understand and ensure full compliance with Management Agreement as well as all Client policies and procedures.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and associated follow-ups to prevent/identify/resolve problems and exposures.
  • Prepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets and reforecasts as well as annual expense recovery estimates and reconciliations.
  • Coordination of all property-related contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Prepare monthly expense variance comments for clients.
  • Review/approve invoices/AP batches, monthly rent edits, and ensure accuracy of GL.
  • Tenant lease review and set up in designated accounting system.
  • Prepare, review and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reports as per Client requirements.
  • Adhere to Lincoln property management annual audit.
  • Maintain personal contact with all vendors, tenants, and clients.
  • Respond to and resolve after-hour emergency calls as needed.
  • Supervisory responsibility for designated personnel.

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of retail property management experience
  • Significant supervisory responsibility
  • CPM, RPA designation preferred (or in progress)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical
  • Computer literate (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, Excel, Impak)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

Pay Range
$90,000—$110,000 USD
