Physician Recruiter - Direct Hire

Team1Medical is seeking a Physician Recruiter in Northwest Houston. The Physician Recruiter will advertise and market job opportunities, contact physicians and agencies, and complete assigned physician searches. Physician Recruiter’s Responsibilities

Devise and implement an overall marketing strategy focused on a consistent and controlled recruitment cycle for the physicians and mid-levels specific to practice needs.
Conduct initial screening of potential candidates via telephone interviews according to specific staffing needs.
Determine the candidate’s availability and arrange Zoom interviews between the practice and the candidate.
Collaborate with the practice to develop and coordinate an itinerary for interviews with the physicians.

Physician Recruiter’s Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
Three (3) plus years of physician recruitment experience, including conducting Full Life Cycle recruitment, is required.
One (1) year of experience using applicant tracking database systems experience is required.
A valid Texas driver's license is required.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
