Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Director to join our team. The Construction Director will be responsible for construction operations, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and team management. The Construction Director will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leaderships skills and well organized. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of construction project, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Managing all aspects of construction project, including scheduling, arranging for material and supplies, and ensuring that work is completed according to schedule and within budget
  • Developing budgets and managing costs to ensure that construction projects are completed within budget guidelines
  • Uphold high-quality standards throughout the construction process, adhering to industry best practices and regulations
  • Making sure that all construction projects meet health and safety codes, environmental regulations, and building codes

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Construction Director or in a similar executive-level construction leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects
  • Extensive knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and trends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • P&L insight/experience
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
