We have big things cooking at Purple Carrot. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer who will concept, develop, and build a wide variety of creative assets to support creative, marketing, and brand objectives. Under the Senior Creative Director, the role will serve as a design lead across paid ads, email, packaging, site and organic social.

Location

• Purple Carrot HQ is in Needham, MA and prefers local candidates to work in a hybrid model.

On the Plate

• Brand Identity: Evolve & refine our brand guidelines and design systems to take our brand to the next level.
• Email Marketing: Elevate our email marketing by building best-in-class templates that get folks excited about plant-based eating.
• Growth Marketing: Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Analytics teams to develop on-brand ad creative that engages and performs.
• Website: Help carry our brand through to web. Work with UI / UX teams to reinforce Purple Carrots's visual identity through site.
• Social: Help develop engaging and distinctive graphic treatments for our social channels.
• Packaging: Refine and update our packaging suite.
• Presentations: Design internal and external presentation templates to ensure all Purple Carrot communication feels on-brand. Own and maintain the company brand book and brand guidelines.

Main Ingredients

• 5-7 years experience
• Experience with brand design systems, with strong typography, composition and messaging hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in branding, product design, packaging, website design, and marketing materials.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• High level of craftmanship, organization skills and detail-oriented problem solver.
