Job Description

Currently recruiting for a Tier 1 Automotive company located in Michigan. This company is a leading automotive systems and component manufacturer. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The company is offering a very enticing competitive compensation package with added incentives.

As the Process Technician you will be responsible for running the machinery, quality control of the product, and set-up/change over molds. The Process Technician plays a sufficient role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

· Expert in press startups/shutdowns

· Ability to troubleshoot minor/medium problems

· Set up/program in house robots

· Communicate with the Maintenance team on preventative requests

· Proficient in End of Arm Tooling adjustments to increase the efficiency of part extraction

· Participate in Hilo, Overhead crane, and lockout/tagout

Qualifications:

· 3+ years’ as a Process Technician (Injection Molding definite asset)

· Automotive working experience is preferred

· Participate in Hilo, Overhead crane, and lockout/tagout

· Associates Degree (preferred)
