Shipping Specialist

In this role you'll serve alongside the other Hello Garage experts in call center operations, installation training, sales training, business coaching, supply chain, and finance, all while watching your knowledge of franchise operations grow. Now, let's talk about what you'll do day to day.

Here's what you will do as a Shipping Specialist...

Prepare & Ship Orders:

• Follow shipping process to fulfill dealer's order
• Achieve weekly metric goals

Assemble Product:

• Assemble hydraulic orders as needed

Quality Control:

• Minimize internal and external shipping errors
• Properly build outbound shipment

Housekeeping / Safety:

• Adhere to all company safety policies
• Follow daily cleaning plans for the warehouse

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year shipping/receiving experience a plus
• Forklift handling preferred but willing to train
• Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as spreadsheets and word processing software
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks
• Ability to perform accurate data entry
• Valid dirver's license
