Junior Marketing Data Analyst (100% On-Site in Pelham, AL)

Are you an analytical thinker, with an extremely high level of detail orientation, who recognizes how data and analytics propel an organization? The Junior Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the management and organization of product data across various platforms. This position works closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product information is maintained. This role is tasked with data entry, quality assurance, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of PIM systems and processes.

What You Do

• Reviews and implements product master change requests to ensure accuracy of data attributes.
• Drives excellence and ensures continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction.
• Reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to material master data management and drives a system of actions to complete requests in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implements changes of PIM data collection templates and creates new templates/attributes as needed.
• Works collaboratively as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that are managed in concert with PIM data.
• Collects pricing data from competitors.
• Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality.
• Partners with cross functional stakeholders to support business needs.
• Engages in continuous process improvement.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Two to three years of experience in data analysis; PIM experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and manipulation.
• Familiarity with PIM systems or similar data management tools.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
