Golang Developer

Year Of Experience: 7+ years

Location: Atlanta, GA or Kansas City

Visa Type: All Visa applicable except H1B

Employment Type: W2

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Golang and experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Extensive operational experience managing distributed systems and cloud-based services.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Detailed understanding of databases, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
  • Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
  • Performing peer reviews and development optimization, especially mentoring more junior team members.
  • Core Skills include SQL, Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, Python, Golang.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Must have a proven track record to work at all stages of the software development life cycle.
  • Collaborating with the Agile Customer at SCRUM Meetings to assign business value to technical stories.
  • Create well written documentation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and Gitlab/Github.
Qualifications
  • 7+ Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Golang.
  • Strong scripting language skills (Python).
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based services.
