Golang DeveloperIntroduction:

A Golang Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and services using the Go programming language.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang (Go).
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and microservices.
  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and concurrency handling.
  • Implement security, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
  • Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
  • Develop efficient data access layers and optimize queries.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor application performance and system health.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Golang.
  • Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Microservices Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
  • Database experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
