Unlike full-time employees, freelancers work on a project or contract basis for various clients, often managing their own schedules and workload. They are responsible for coding, debugging, and optimizing Go-based solutions, as well as collaborating remotely with teams or clients. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, containerization tools such as Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is typically required. Excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and clear client communication are standout soft skills for freelancers. These competencies are crucial for delivering high-quality solutions independently, meeting client expectations, and staying competitive in the freelance marketplace.
