GoLang Developer Locations: San Francisco, CA/ Charlotte, NC (3days hybrid) Payrate: $70-79.25/hr Duration: 12-24months Job Overview We are looking for an experienced GoLang Backend/API Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs. This role requires a strong background in Go development, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications. You will work on building real-time services, data integration layers, and APIs that support enterprise platforms and AI-driven applications. What We're Looking For Strong backend engineering expertise with GoLang as the primary programming language. Experience building scalable APIs and cloud-native backend services. Ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment and contribute to architecture and design decisions. Passion for developing high-quality, reliable, and performant software. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using GoLang. Build high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications. Develop scalable, real-time backend services and data integration solutions. Design and implement cloud-native applications using containerized environments. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineers to deliver scalable backend solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with GoLang (must-have). Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and microservices. Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture. Experience with Docker and OpenShift (preferred) or Kubernetes. Experience working with Linux environments.
