The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing all company recruitment efforts ensuring all projects are fully staffed with employees who are a strong company and team fit while possessing the skills needed to execute the company's efforts to accelerate the human condition. The primary responsibilities for this role will focus on designing and implementing an overall recruiting and retention strategy, will collaborate with project directors on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs, and will provide full cycle recruitment for the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Your Impact On Career TEAM's Success:

  • Conduct screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews with local hiring managers across the US to ensure a smooth and consistent interview experience for all candidates;
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
  • Utilize Career Team's ATS to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /colleges etc.;
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the VP of HR, using the reporting function in the company's ATS;
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn, etc.;
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, culture fit, and aptitudes;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  • Supports the organization's growth nationally as it acquires new business and partnerships with Workforce Development Boards;
  • Approach each day and task with a "Zag" mindset
  • Other duties and special projects as needed

To Qualify For This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Knowledge of WIOA and TANF contracts / programs;
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills;
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research and critical thinking skills;
  • Exceptional time management skills, ability to meet recruitment deadlines, extraordinary ability to multitask, be proactive and demonstrate an ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment;
  • Must be able to be a brand ambassador and embrace the core values of the organization;
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, including the ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, working cooperatively with others as well as independently on routine tasks;
  • Must demonstrate the ability to handle candidate inquiries with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 a year, commensurate with education and experience
