We are a Christian faith-based, non-profit organization with a rich and evolving culture seeking a Clinical Case Manager to assist with providing therapeutic services to participants at the Women’s Academy.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Women’s Academy at Hapeville First United Methodist Church

Position Summary: This role will provide comprehensive, holistic, trauma-sensitive, and strengths-based clinical case management services to adult women participants at the Women’s Academy. The Women’s Academy is a community-based program that provides wellness, GED education, career preparation/development, and paid apprenticeships for women who have experienced or are at risk of commercial sexual exploitation.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Clinical Case Management:

● Conduct intake assessments for applicants

● Develop Individualized Service Plans for participants on caseload

● Provide resources and referrals, as needed

● Serve as community liaison with referral agencies and other community resources

● Administer program benefits (childcare stipends, transportation assistance, etc.)

● Assist participants with applying for and obtaining essential services such as health insurance/Medicaid, TANF, SSI, food stamps, and identification, as needed

● Support academic and professional development (i.e., academic skill-building, career counseling) through direct individual services

● Support personal development (i.e., executive functioning, financial management, life skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills, mental health, career development, etc.) through direct individual services

● Develop and offer clinical groups and workshops (e.g., DBT Skills, Healthy Relationships, etc.) that align with program goals

● Engage in risk assessment and crisis stabilization, as needed

● Utilize the strength-based approach in modeling and providing feedback for participants

● Serve on program’s MDT for case consultation and coordination of care

● Supervise clinical interns, as needed

● Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with organization procedures within the electronic health records (EHR) system and other platforms

● Collaborate with academic and career staff to support the progress of each participant

● Develop intentional connections with the program participants and staff members

● Provide direction and encouragement to participants and staff

● Model healthy boundaries to participants and staff

● Provide support and crisis intervention as needed

● Embody the spirit of a lifelong learner

Professional Qualifications:

● Administrative, organizational, and computer skills including use of email and Microsoft Office suite of products

● Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties of the position and to the person’s suitability of working with or around children and vulnerable populations

● Master’s Degree or higher level of post-graduate education in a related field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology

● Active Georgia license in good standing, such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

● Preferred credentials/ certifications in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and/or addictions

● Preferred expertise or experience with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Stages of Change, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and/or other trauma-informed evidence-based treatment modalities

● Experience working with adult victims of complex trauma, such as survivors of sex trafficking

Position Requirements:

● Moderate travel among Wellspring Living locations and others in the Metro Atlanta area

● Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and have the ability to work for long periods at a computer

● Satisfactory criminal history background check

● Clean Motor Vehicle Record
