Position Summary

The Marketing Manager oversees, coordinates, and participates in the development of marketing strategies that maximize profits and satisfies customers’ expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
  • Analyze target market to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Develop productive relationships with outside service providers and manage their activities within time and budget constraints.
  • Provide structure for the development of marketing activities and policies to promote the Company’s products.
  • Assist in forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and lines.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging products, trends, and competitive threats
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget.
  • Manage existing staff in the department.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train and manage new staff as may be needed to expand department capabilities to accommodate Profile’s growth.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related role
  • B to B, Retail or Agency experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing a CRM, Google Analytics, social media, YouTube, Programmatic advertising, PPC, PPV, and backend reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead within a group and facilitate workflow of others.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated initiative; results oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational discipline
  • Strong computer skills that include proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Dropbox

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
