Job Description

This is a unique Accounting Manager role for a Lincoln Manufacturer looking to add only the best talent in the marketplace. You will join an amazing team that is in the process of reorganizing and becoming a true well-oiled machine.

What Matters Most for the Accounting Manager role:

Annual base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year + bonus
Direct Hire opportunity where you will be a part of an elite accounting team
Hybrid role where you will be able to work from home 1-2 days per week
Located in Lincoln, NE

Your New Accounting Manager Role:

In this role you will oversee and manage all general accounting for a specific business unit within the organization. It will be essential that the right person have an established set of skills in month-end-close, complex reconciliations, journal entries (including adjusted entries), and have exposure to cost accounting, ideally. We may also consider someone coming directly from a Big 4 Accounting Firm as an Auditor if they have audited large multi-entity organizations. This role has upside into accounting leadership for the right person as this organization grows further.

Your Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
Must have 4+ years of experience in an accounting based role
Strong preference for an active CPA with experience in a big 4 accounting firm
Must be exceptional using MS Excel
