Project Administrator

POSITION INFORMATION

Position Summary/Purpose:

Work directly with Site Acquisition Specialist, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager to assist in all phases of current projects.

Quality control of deliverables and documents, data entry into project management database and providing assistance to the project team to support them in their responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Update necessary tracking tools to ensure the project status is maintained at all times.
Uploading of project deliverables into databases
Support Site Acquisition specialist with zoning and permitting duties
Professionally interface with clients, vendors, jurisdictions and landowners while supporting our projects.
Perform quality reviews of documents and deliverables
Interface with project team using video conferencing tools
Acceptance of challenges to understand project management in wireless telecom

Minimum Qualifications:

A work ethic to drive tasks to completion overcoming all challenges along the way
Proficient acumen in business computing software such as the Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and databases
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills,
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team Player
Self Starter
