Bookkeeper

Job Summary

• Must have extensive knowledge of Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliations and General Bookkeeping Principals including Cash and Accrual Basis.

• Will be working for multiple clients at the same time, so must be able to multi-task and be super efficient.
• Complies with Federal, State and Local filing requirements (Sales Tax, Commercial Activity Tax, Etc.)
• Reconciliation of various accounts including fixed assets, A/P, A/R, other accrual and prepaid accounts.
• Payroll Experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with a CPA Firm is desirable.

• Certified QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Strong Communication Skills
• Must be Self-Motivated, Critical Thinker, Takes Initiative, Successfully Handles/Prioritizes Multiple Competing Priorities and Effectively Manage Deadlines
• Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Public CPA Firm experience desirable but not required

QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Microsoft Office is required
