Welcome to the CATIA Level 3 Support Admin role! We're excited to have you on board, ready to make a significant impact in supporting our users and driving excellence in CATIA utilization across the organization. Welcome to the team!
IS Administration Support:
Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of business applications including:
  • Technical leadership in support of IS engineering systems related to Computer Aided Design (CAD).
  • Strong understanding of integrating CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE applications including licensing into production environments.
  • Create and test deployment scripts and application patches.
  • Troubleshoot application issues. Work with end users and other supporting IS departments to define, reproduce, and countermeasure issues.
  • Ability to create/maintain standardized processes.
  • Manage environment using Change Management Process.
  • Support emergency application changes or business requests.
  • Create detailed/clear documentation & problem reports.
  • Provide off-hours support as needed, both onsite & remotely.
  • Daily time management and accurate time reporting.

Work Experience Requirements:
  • Engineering application support Like CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE and etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix.
  • Experience creating and modifying scripts or applications to perform tasks using Powershell, bash, batch, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of networks like DHCP, DNS, F/W, NAT, and so on.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services.
  • Experience monitoring web server system components.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to follow & enforce defined division processes.
  • Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment.
  • Excellent organization & time management skills in addition to a high level of problem-solving and analysis.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution & follow-up for local and remote end users.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with AWS is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in Japanese is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.

Judgment Requirements:
  • Other than standard guidelines, procedures, and assignments, little direction may be given. The candidate must be able to manage his/her time and assignments. Thoroughness in completing tasks on time with high quality is imperative. Information Security is a priority and the enforcement and adherence to corporate security policy is critical.
  • The candidate will interact with the entire Information Systems division, receive instructions, support projects, and share status information, but will also be in contact with other groups to coordinate changes and obtain requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
