We are seeking a highly-motivated, super-energetic, and experienced Independently Licensed Therapist / Clinical Director to join our team in helping to lead our women's residential addiction treatment program through outcome-focused patient care. As the Clinical Director, your influence will extend to shaping and supervising clinical operations, ensuring meticulous adherence to regulatory frameworks, elevating standards of clinical distinction, and nurturing a milieu of empathetic care that inspires our clients to embrace life's possibilities with grace, courage, and everlasting sobriety.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Participate as a member of our leadership team in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ambitious clinical goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
Regulatory Compliance: Work to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies and procedures.
Program Creation: Establish and implement evidence-based psychotherapy programming focused on complex trauma, addictions, women's mental health, etc.
Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough assessments to fully evaluate clients’ mental health status, behavioral patterns, co-occurring disorders, and psychosocial functioning.
Individualized Treatment Planning: Through collaboration with the clients, develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, treatment objectives, and circumstances.
Therapeutic Interventions: Manage a caseload of 10 clients conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, family members, and continuity of care planning.
Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Clinical Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to other healthcare support staff, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care meets the expectations of our vision.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in our Quality Improvement Initiative to enhance clinical processes, streamline workflows, and promote innovation in care delivery.
Patient Advocacy: Passionately advocate for the patients’ rights, dignity, and safety, ensuring that their healthcare needs are met with compassion, respect, and empathy.
Community Engagement: Represents the organization in the community, helping to build positive relationships with stakeholders, advocating for healthcare initiatives, and promoting health education and awareness.
Key Qualifications:
Masters Degree or higher in a compatible field of study
Independent Licensure with Clinical Supervisor credentials through AZBBHE
DBT, EMDR certification a plus!
4+ years of verifiable experience as a LPC, LCSW, LISAC
Strong background working with Complex Trauma, Addictions, and Women's Health
Experience in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles
Competent in ADHS regulations, TJC/Carf standards, ASAM essentials, and clinical best practices.

Physical Demands
The nature of the work requires sitting, standing, bending, walking, use of stairs and the ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
