NCW is currently searching for a professional Customer Service Representative for a job opportunity in Dallas, TX. In this position you will manage, support, and retain existing customers in the construction, industrial and manufacturing marketplace.
Responsibilities:
NCW is currently searching for a professional Customer Service Representative for a job opportunity in Dallas, TX. In this position you will manage, support, and retain existing customers in the construction, industrial and manufacturing marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer needs for safety products, equipment, and services.
- Process customer orders, assists with product information.
- Communicates product specials and other marketing programs to promote and support customer retention.
- Collaborates with field sales, inside sales and other internal departments to manage sales activities, lead generation and to assure customer needs are met.
- Maintains and refines database of customers, contacts, and prospective customers.
- Achieves defined sales goals and quota via an established sales process and plan.
- Proposes pricing and credit terms and follows up on order payment.
- Tracks customers' sales activities for account retention and development.
- Inputs customers data and information into CRM technology as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years' experience in an internal service-based support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in use of computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software) (Prior P21/Epicor Software experience is a plus).
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
