Description
We're in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Responsibilities
• Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures
• Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
• Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
• Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
• Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
Qualifications
• Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
• Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
• Hold a bachelor's degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
