In light of their ongoing expansion and client successes, our client seeks a strategic-minded leader to join their CFO Advisory Services group to work collaboratively with the Director of Advisory Services and the firm's Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with external clients, including CEOs, COOs, entrepreneurial business owners, as well as leaders from VC and PE firms.
• Lead and oversee a team of accounting professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality work on a daily basis.
• Prepare, review, and discuss client financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with client leadership.
• Act as the initial point of contact for onboarding new clients.
• Act as external CFO leadership for clients dealing with buy-sell transactions, securing external financing, bank relationships, etc.
• Assist in the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for clients.
• Interface with external entities on behalf of clients, such as governmental agencies, banks, legal entities, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax strategies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall accounting/finance/operational leadership experience, with at least 2+ years in a Big 4 or similar public accounting or advisory services firm.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Prior experience within a Healthcare environment or working with Healthcare clients is a plus but not a requirement
• CPA certification is a plus but not a requirement
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of managing client priorities while providing personalized attention.
