Job Description

Plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks experienced pre- litigation secretary/paralegal, to open new files, data entry into casepeer case management program, prepare and send representation letters to clients, doctors, insurance adjusters, request medical records reports and bills, request police reports, back up answering phones, statute log dates and events, maintain client mailing list and data base. Must be highly organized, efficient, and dedicated. must be a hard worker and work well with a team. Must be proactive and have some experience in either handling insurance claims or personal injury claims. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
