Position Overview 

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Architectural Solutions Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing technical support and expertise in the sales of exterior building products. As an Architectural Solutions Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your construction knowledge to understand their needs, demonstrate product compatibility, and guide them through the sales process. We seek a candidate who excels in communication, thrives in digital environments, and is adept at working autonomously. 

Responsibilities 

• Engage with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and challenges effectively. 

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals tailored to each client's needs. 

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to devise and execute effective sales strategies. 

• Create and manage library of technical drawings, details, and specifications. 

• Help and assist in the Watertight warranty process, both in initial development and management of on-site compliance. 

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing technical inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert technical guidance throughout the sales process. 

• Collaborate closely with the customer to develop customized solutions that align with specifications. 

• Provide valuable insights to contribute to product development based on client feedback and market trends. 

• Assist the sales team in preparing comprehensive proposals, accurate quotes, and essential contract documents. 

• Actively participate in sales meetings, industry events, and trade shows to showcase our products and services. 

• Provide comprehensive training and support to sales team members on technical product features and benefits. 

• Develop sales tools and resources to facilitate the sales process and enhance team productivity. 

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential clients. 

• Conduct thorough market research to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in the construction industry. 

• Strong proficiency in MBS software, CAD, BIM, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 - Business Central, or similar tools. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly recommended. 

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related field; or a minimum of three years of construction experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Previous architectural experience and experience as a trainer are advantageous. 

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to address client needs effectively.
