Job Title: M/S Tele Float RN
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Location: Woonsocket, RI 02895
Shift: Night shift 6:45p - 7:15a
Pay rate $69/hr
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on care to patients across telehealth settings.
Keep a close eye on patients' key indicators like heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
Give prescribed medications accurately and follow treatment plans precisely.
Analyze data from remote monitoring tools to assess patient health and take action when necessary.
Teach patients and families how to manage their health, medications, and lifestyle choices effectively.
Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care seamlessly.
Keep meticulous records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
Be ready to react swiftly in emergencies, providing immediate care and support.
Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- Active RN license for RI
- BLS
- ACLS
- Covid Vaccination Card
