What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70 30 rule in hiring suggests that recruiters should spend approximately 70% of their time sourcing and engaging candidates, and 30% on administrative tasks and interviews. For a tele recruiter, this emphasizes focusing on active candidate outreach and relationship building to fill positions efficiently.

What are Tele Recruiters?

Tele Recruiters are professionals who use telephone and other communication tools to identify, screen, and recruit candidates for job openings. They often work for staffing agencies or in-house HR departments, making outbound calls to potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further hiring steps.
